When These Terms Apply

These Data Processing Terms apply when a business user uploads personal data to a 0224 Solutions Free Beta tool and 0224 Solutions processes that uploaded data only to provide the requested check.

Roles

The business user, or the organisation they represent, is normally the controller for uploaded business-file data. 0224 Solutions is normally the processor for that uploaded data when it is processed only to provide the requested check. 0224 Solutions remains controller for its own security, analytics, feedback, support and business-contact processing. Exact controller or processor status can depend on the circumstances.

Subject Matter And Duration

The subject matter is the temporary processing of uploaded CSV, Excel/XLSX, PDF, scanned PDF, Word/DOCX, JPG/JPEG or PNG files so the selected tool can return results and a downloadable report. Processing lasts for the request and any short temporary-file cleanup period, except for separate analytics, feedback, support and logs described in the Privacy Notice.

Nature And Purpose

Processing consists of upload validation, file parsing, document extraction, first-party browser OCR for scanned PDFs and images, column or field mapping, deterministic matching, calculations, result display and report generation. The purpose is to provide the specific check selected by the user.

Data And Data Subjects

Uploaded data may include business records and limited personal data such as worker or employee identifiers, business email addresses, payroll-related records, expense records, customer or supplier references, invoice references, payment references, transaction records, dates, hours, rates, quantities, monetary amounts, currencies, system-access records and compliance or evidence records. Data subjects may include employees, workers, contractors, customers, suppliers, account users and business contacts depending on the uploaded file.

Instructions

0224 Solutions will process uploaded data only on the user's documented instructions, which are given through the selected tool, uploaded files, mapping choices and check request. Users must not upload data they are not authorised to process.

Confidentiality And Security

0224 Solutions will use appropriate technical and organisational measures for the Free Beta, including supported file-type validation, upload size and row limits, unsafe or malformed file rejection, protection against active document content, private server-side storage, output escaping, analytics allowlists, access-controlled beta analytics, security headers and temporary-file deletion. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Subprocessors And Transfers

The Free Beta is hosted by Hostinger and provided through www.0224solutions.com. Hostinger acts as a processor for covered hosting services and may use authorised subprocessors under its Data Processing Addendum. Hostinger states that customer information may be processed or stored in the UK, EEA and, depending on the service or infrastructure, other jurisdictions. Where applicable, international transfers may rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

0224 Solutions has not configured third-party analytics or an external AI/OCR processor for uploaded Free Beta files.

Assistance

Taking account of the nature of the processing, 0224 Solutions will provide reasonable assistance for data-subject requests, security incidents, DPIAs and regulator enquiries where the request relates to uploaded data processed by the Free Beta tools. Because uploaded files are deleted promptly, 0224 Solutions may not hold the source data after the check has completed.

Deletion

Uploaded files are deleted at the end of the request where the application can control the upload. A 30-minute cleanup removes temporary upload remnants. Temporary document-processing artifacts are subject to processing and cleanup controls. Separate analytics, feedback, support, hosting log and backup data follow the retention periods described in the Privacy Notice and internal retention schedule.

Audit Information

0224 Solutions will provide reasonable information needed to demonstrate these terms for the Free Beta. The current beta does not include enterprise audit rights, certifications, service-level commitments or dedicated account management.
