How we handle your files

What Happens

Your files are processed to perform the check you requested. Each tool reads the supported business-file fields needed for that check and returns potential findings for human review.

What We Use

The tools use mapped fields such as identifiers, dates, references, counts, hours, rates, quantities, amounts, currencies, statuses and source-row references where those fields are needed. Unmapped fields are ignored by the calculation where possible.

Please remove unnecessary fields before uploading. Do not upload special-category data, credentials, secrets or information that is not needed for the check.

Documents And Images

The Free Beta supports CSV, Excel/XLSX, PDF, scanned PDF, Word/DOCX, JPG/JPEG and PNG files where the selected file can be read safely. Native or text-based documents may be parsed. Scanned PDFs and images use first-party browser OCR assets hosted by 0224 Solutions, and scanned-document contents are not sent to an external OCR provider.

OCR-derived values can be uncertain. Review and correct extracted information before running the analysis.

Storage

Uploaded files are read for the requested check and are deleted at the end of the request where the application can control the upload. A 30-minute automatic cleanup removes temporary upload remnants if a request is interrupted. Uploaded spreadsheets, documents and images are not stored in an application database as a document archive.

Downloaded reports are generated from the check result and may include the finding fields needed to explain why something was flagged. Keep your own source records because 0224 Solutions tools are not a file archive.

Analytics

Product analytics measures visits, workflow progression, sample usage, file format used, parsing progress, OCR progress, verification steps, completed checks, report downloads, feedback, validation events, errors and processing performance. Analytics does not intentionally contain uploaded document contents, OCR text, filenames, names, invoice numbers, payment references, rates, monetary values, payroll values or free-text feedback.

Public beta analytics does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, service workers or third-party analytics tags. Repeat-use interest is measured through optional feedback rather than browser recognition.

Feedback

Feedback is separate from uploaded-file processing. You may submit feedback anonymously or provide an optional email address if you want a reply. Feedback is retained for up to 180 days by default. Do not include uploaded business data, credentials, filenames, names, invoice numbers, rates, monetary values or sensitive source values in feedback.

Logs

Application responses include request IDs so issues can be investigated without exposing uploaded file contents in the browser. Hostinger may generate infrastructure, security and operational logs separately from 0224 Solutions application-level retention.

AI And OCR

Uploaded business files are not sent to external generative-AI services for analysis and are not used by 0224 Solutions for AI training in the current Free Beta. Image and scanned-document recognition uses first-party browser OCR; deterministic checking rules remain separate from OCR extraction.

Reports

Review reports identify potential discrepancies generated from the data supplied by the user. They are not audit opinions, accountant certifications, legal determinations, compliance certificates or security certifications.
