0224 Solutions provides small business software tools for review-led business checks.

Business Use

The tools are intended for business users who are evaluating their own business records or records they are authorised to review. If consumer use becomes relevant, these terms may be updated.

Free Beta

The tools are currently free while 0224 Solutions tests and improves the service. Features, matching rules, availability and beta access may change. No paid plan, account requirement, email gate or report lock applies during the current Free Beta.

Permitted Use

You may use the tools to upload supported files, perform the checks offered by the service, review results and download review reports for your internal business assessment.

Feedback

You may submit feedback during the Free Beta anonymously or with an optional email address if you want 0224 Solutions to reply. Do not include uploaded business data, filenames, employee names, supplier names, customer names, invoice numbers, rates, financial values, credentials or secrets in feedback. Submitting feedback does not create an account, paid plan, support entitlement or guaranteed response.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the tools unlawfully, upload data you are not authorised to use, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, upload malicious files, or use results to accuse, discipline, recover money from, withhold pay from or take legal action against a person or organisation without appropriate human review and professional input where needed.

User-Uploaded Data

By uploading files, you confirm that you are authorised to use the information for the check. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded data is appropriate, accurate enough for the intended review and limited to what the tool needs.

If you upload personal data on behalf of your organisation, the Data Processing Terms apply alongside these terms unless a separate written agreement is in place.

Automated Results

0224 Tools identify potential discrepancies based on the information you provide. Results support your review and should not be treated as legal, accounting, tax, payroll, compliance, security or financial advice. Verify results against your source records and applicable agreements before taking action.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for checking column mappings, reviewing results, verifying material discrepancies, deciding what action to take, maintaining source records and complying with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Availability And Service Limitations

During beta, the service may change, pause or become unavailable. 0224 Solutions aims to provide useful and secure tools, but the service may not be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for every business situation. Results depend on the quality, completeness and scope of the data supplied by the user and by third-party systems.

Intellectual Property

0224 Solutions and its licensors own the website, software, design and tool logic. You retain responsibility for and rights in your own uploaded business records, subject to any rights held by your organisation or other parties.

Security Expectations

You should use supported file types, avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data, retain your own records and report suspected product issues to appsupport@0224solutions.com.

Do not upload special-category data, credentials, secrets or fields that are not needed for the selected check.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 0224 Solutions is not responsible for business decisions taken solely from automated results without appropriate review. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes And Suspension

0224 Solutions may change beta features, update these terms, suspend access or withdraw beta tools where needed for security, legal, operational or product reasons.

Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by mandatory law, these beta terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes handled by the courts of England and Wales. Paid or commercial plans may require updated terms.
